Got Talent by ADRITEM dinamiza iniciativa de apoio à integração de pessoas deslocadas em Portugal
O Got Talent, projeto da ADRITEM, promove o “Bootcamp de Inovação Social para apoio à Integração de Refugiados em Portugal”, entre os próximos dias 10 e 14 de outubro, em formato online.
A formação, com a duração de 15h, tem como objetivo apoiar integração/acolhimento/emprego de pessoas deslocadas em Portugal, em especial as de nacionalidade ucraniana, através do apoio à construção e implementação de projetos inovadores de promoção da integração socioprofissional por instituições da sociedade civil organizada e empresas do território.
Os formandos têm a oportunidade de capacitação em empreendedorismo no âmbito da inovação social e criação do próprio negócio, visando o desenho de projetos com foco na integração profissional de Pessoas Deslocadas residentes em Portugal.
Nesta sequência, os participantes poderão, posteriormente, candidatar-se ao Concurso Got Talent – Missão Ucrânia, tendo a possibilidade de usufruir de horas de mentoria com o apoio de uma ferramenta digital de suporte para a criação de negócio (empresarial ou social) e atração de investimento, e de até 12 meses de incubação na rede de incubadoras da ADRITEM – START IN.

Got Talent, a project of ADRITEM, promotes the “Bootcamp of Social Innovation to support the Integration of Refugees in Portugal”, between the next 10 and 14 October, in online format.
The training, lasting 15 h, aims to support integration/reception/employment of displaced people in Portugal, especially those of Ukrainian nationality, through support for the construction and implementation of innovative projects to promote socio-professional integration by organized civil society institutions and companies in the territory.
The trainees have the opportunity to train in entrepreneurship in the field of social innovation and creation of their own business, aiming at the design of projects focused on the professional integration of Displaced Persons living in Portugal. In this sequence, participants will then be able to apply for the Got Talent – Ukraine Mission Competition, having the possibility to enjoy mentoring hours with the support of a digital support tool for the creation of business (business or social) and attraction of investment, and up to 12 months of incubation in the incubator network of ADRITEM – START IN.
